When you place an order, we will estimate shipping cost. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Our shipping rates are determined by the weight of the items purchased. Each product's weight is specified on its detail page. To align with the practices of our shipping partners, all weights are rounded up to the nearest full kilogram. Some weights may be adjusted to reflect the dimensions of the item, ensuring accurate freight cost calculation based on weight. This approach maintains fairness and transparency in our shipping process, benefiting both our customers and us. Freight Providers.
We employ various freight providers to cater to different shipment sizes.
For small parcels suitable for courier bags, we rely on New Zealand Couriers and Toll Epic.
Parcels too large for bags, up to 25 kg, are handled by Toll Epic.
Consignments exceeding 25 kg are managed by Toll Translink and PBT.
Don't be surprised if you notice a weight exceeding your expectations. This discrepancy is intentional to adjust for freight volume, particularly in cases of light packages with large packing sizes. We've made efforts to include this information on the product page, allowing you to distinguish between actual weight and volume weight.
