WOODMAX is a line of Machinery that has been developed by Prowood Machinery in conjunction with a range of Independent International Manufacturers to best meet the needs of the New Zealand market.

Our WOODMAX machines are based on well established machinery but customised to meet the strict safety requirements that are in place in New Zealand. I.e. guarding and electronics.

We have taken careful consideration as to the manufacturers selected to produce our WOODMAX machinery to ensure they meet our high standards.

By developing and selling this type of machinery it allows us to sell a range of machinery from different manufacturers under the unified brand - WOODMAX. All of which come from leaders in their field.

We believe that we have assembled a collection of machinery which is hard to beat.

We have come to find that no single big-name brand offers a range of machinery that is the leader across all their products. Often their reputation is based on a yesteryear and is no longer truly relevant to their current product line and manufacturing techniques and processes.

Thus, We developed the WOODMAX brand.
